After 15 years in the helping field, I’ve learned a lot about what supports real change—and what doesn’t. My goal is to help you discover what truly works for you.
I want to understand what’s happening in your world—your relationships, your work, your family life—so we can get a clear picture of what’s contributing to the challenges you’re facing. Together, we’ll explore how your mind makes sense of things, how you experience and manage emotions, and the patterns that shape your coping. Once we understand these pieces, we can start finding practical ways to move forward.
I take a collaborative, down-to-earth approach in my practice. We’ll build on your strengths while addressing the areas that hold you back, focusing on realistic tools and strategies that support your growth and goals.
I’m based in the heart of the Canadian Prairies, in beautiful Brandon, Manitoba, and offer online counselling so you can work on your goals from the comfort of your own home. No travel, no parking, no rush—just a secure, supportive space to create meaningful change.
My practice draws primarily from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), with influences from Narrative Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I work from a neuropsychological (what’s happening in your brain), narrative (the story your mind creates), and integrative (putting the pieces together) framework to help you understand yourself more fully and move forward with clarity and confidence.
